WARRENSBURG, MO, September 09, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Samuel Garza-Gonzalez has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
After being injured by a shotgun because of a negligent third party, Mr. Garza-Gonzalez's stepfather, Andrew Gelbach, a lawyer, represented him in court. At that moment, he knew he wanted to follow his stepfather's example and pursue a career in the field. Upon completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Central Missouri, he went on to receive a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2016. Since graduating law school, he has excelled in the field alongside his stepfather at Andrew J. Gelbach PC.
As a trial attorney, Mr. Garza-Gonzalez specializes in personal injury law and insurance litigation. Although he represents clients with all types of injuries, the majority of his practice is focused toward those who were involved in motor vehicle accidents. In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Garza-Gonzalez aligns himself with Urban Lawyer Research, the American Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, American Justice Association, and the engagement committee of the UCM Alumni Board.
Outside of his work, Mr. Garza-Gonzalez donates to the Bishop Sullivan Organization, which is a primary resource for homeless people in Kansas City, and to the University of Central Missouri to build a trial courtroom on campus. In light of his professional excellence, he won an Outstanding Student Award. While his career has been filled with highlights, he is most proud of the success he had in appellate courts and of arguing in front of the Missouri Supreme Court and the Western District Court of Appeals. Looking toward the future, Mr. Garza-Gonzalez plans to become a law professor after retiring from his career as a litigator.
