Since 2017, Mr. Fraser has flourished as founder and director of the Sacramental Life Churches and Natural Healing Church of the Holy Redeemer. Both 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations provide physical and spiritual healing through the ceremonial use of blessed cannabis. Members are not required to adhere to any single faith, rather, each ministry is open faith, promoting coexistence amongst all religions, ethnicities, creeds and gender identities.
Prior to success with the aforementioned churches, Mr. Fraser thrived as an actor and musician throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. In 1990, he acted alongside Nicolas Cage and Laura Dern in David Lynch's cult classic "Wild at Heart." He has additionally appeared in a number of popular television shows, such as "The Tracey Ullman Show", "Dark Skies", "The Outer Limits", and "Fame L.A." Also navigating the Los Angeles music industry with Manager/ Producer Andrew Slater (Fiona Apple, Jakob Dylan) as a talented songwriter, Mr. Fraser wrote and recorded with legendary American musicians such as Warren Zevon, and Beastie Boys, with players from The Wallflowers and Don Henley's group. He also wrote pop radio hits with Italian phenom Elisa Toffoli and Global Producer/Musician, Corrado Rustici.
Mr. Fraser was inspired to form Sacramental Life Churches and Natural Healing Church of the Holy Redeemer following a decision to seek to help others, as opposed to his own fortune. Having a background in legal work through clerking in the Law Office of his uncle, attorney Robert W. Fraser (of Who's Who in American Law), he and lifelong friend, attorney Matthew S. Pappas, were thoroughly equipped to maximize foundational Constitutional Laws that won them historic validation from Judge David Cohn in The Superior Court of California, as a "Bona Fide Religion".
The SLC & NHC healing mission strives to further the Black Lives Matter and Indigenous movements by drawing attention to the fact that not one African American has been awarded a license to operate a medicinal/recreational cannabis dispensary in the City of Seattle in the more than ten years since legalization in the State of Washington.
