In recent years, Mr. Dickerson has completed transactions totaling more than $20 million dollars. As a qualified professional, he is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and real estate specialist. In this capacity, he handles commercial deals and leverages his property management experience to consult for building owners. As a respected voice in his field, Mr. Dickerson has written numerous articles for industry publications, including the Heartland Real Estate Business Magazine recently.
Mr. Dickerson created and organized the Annual Forecast Breakfast for the Institute of Real Estate Management Nebraska Chapter. For his efforts over the years, he was named the CPM of the Year three times. Among his career accomplishments, Mr. Dickerson is most proud to have secured a $13.6 million deal for a 931-acre rural property. He also has completed $13 million in industrial sales in the first half of 2021 and over seventeen leases.
In order to remain aware of developments in the field, Mr. Dickerson is active with the Nebraska Association of Commercial Property Owners and the National Association of Realtors.
