Mr. Similien was formerly active as a senior vice president for Castles Unlimited, a property manager for Fulton Properties and a rental agent for Boardwalk Properties. A member of his local chamber of commerce, he has also volunteered his time with several civic and non-profit organizations throughout his career, including Youth Build Boston and Athletes Without Borders. Affiliated with the BNI, CannaNetworking group, Mr. Similien is also the founder of Kings Amongst Kings, a local group of Black men who discuss various topics relating to achieving personal goals, challenges, decision making and ways to unlearn and relearn new ways to level up in life.
Having played football in college and becoming semi-professional with the Boston Bandits, he also dedicated his time as a volunteer in Costa Rica where he taught the sport to the local residents. Mr. Similien continues to remain involved as a mentor to students and athletes about the many benefits of owning and investing in real estate.
A graduate of Curry College, Mr. Similien earned a Bachelor of Art in Business Management and Accounting in 2008. He later obtained a Real Estate Brokers' License in 2017. Moreover, Mr. Similien completed the commercial real estate online certification program in Real Estate Design, Construction and Project Management at Boston University in 2019.
