Supported by more than four decades of expertise in engineering and inspection within the process industry, Mr. Schuele excels as the Corporate Level III, Quality Assurance Manager and Guided Wave Group lead inspector with AES Non-Destructive Testing Services. In this capacity, he provides a number of inspection protocols, such as for Guided Wave, Ultrasonic, Liquid Penetrant and Magnetic Particles for the petrochemical, natural gas pipeline and nuclear and fossil power industries. In addition to developing, implementing and providing customer-focused mechanical integrity programs and inspection programs, Mr. Schuele determines the condition of equipment and how it relates to continued operation.
Prior to obtaining his current position, Mr. Schuele gained valuable expertise in the field as a lead inspector and quality assurance manager for Qualspec, Mistras Group Inc., a lead inspector for the pipeline division of Structural Integrity Associates, the operations manager for Cooperheat-MGS, the manager of inspection services for Corrpro Companies Inc., and as a welder and fitter for Bethlehem Steel Corporation. Well regarded for his expertise, he holds a certification in ultrasonic liquid penetrant magnetic particle, a certification through the National Association of Corrosion Engineers, and a bachelor's degree in theology through Emporia State University. Presently, Mr. Schuele is also pursuing an associate degree in applied science at the University of Northampton.
Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Schuele aligns himself with The American Society of Nondestructive Testing, National Association of Corrosion Engineers, the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, where he is a committee member. Alongside his work, he dedicates himself to Hopes for the Homeless and several veterans associations. Looking toward the future, Mr. Schuele intends to retire from his role as lead inspector and leverage his knowledge by becoming a consultant.
