Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Nally obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2002.
Mr. Nally began his real estate career in New York City as an associate for Metropolis Real Estate of Manhattan from 2002 to 2006. Switching gears and locations in 2006, Brian served as a project manager for Tarpon Springs Partners in St. Petersburg, FL. Finally getting back to Austin, he worked as a property manager for MBFam Inc., a family real estate investment office, from 2008 until 2010. In 2010 the entrepreneurial spirit caught Brian and he started his first real estate business and served as managing partner of BrickHouse Property Services LLC between 2010 and 2012. Changing gears once again, Brian was contracted by Flats on Wilson LLC as a sales manager from 2012 to 2014. In this role, he oversaw the build out and marketing/sales program for a 42-unit condominium development. While pursuing these different endeavours, Mr. Nally has subsequently excelled at his "side business" as the principal of TC.Ventures LLC, a real estate investment and development company. Since 2008, Brian has been involved in over $100MM in real estate projects in Austin and Central Texas. In addition to his successful career, Mr. Nally devotes his time to volunteering with the First Tee of Greater Austin, Austin Habitat for Humanity and the Thinkery Children's Museum. TC.Ventures, LLC gives 10% of every dollar the company earns to Caritas Austin, a charity that proactively works to alleviate the burdens of the homeless population of the city.
