Mr. Billimoria previously found success as the director of the Board of Realtors for Irvine, California for more than 25 years.
Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Billimoria served as a ship merchant marine captain for more than five years. During this period, he notably saved a group of refugees from drowning in the South China Sea, which earned him a citation for heroism on behalf of his company. In addition to operating as a volunteer speaker for the American Cancer Society, Mr. Billimoria has helped coordinate the Susan G. Komen Foundation's 3-day walkathon for more than five years.
He authored and designed a special poster display on Breast Density in 2018 for NCBC (National Convention for Breast Centers) for their annual convention in Las Vegas, and presented its cutting-edge information in the seminar at the exhibition booth. The seminar was attended by 1200 people (including medical professionals and NGO executives).
A proud Zoroastrian, Mr. Billimoria notably received a proclamation from the U.S Congressman Lou Correa that honors "The Timeless Zoroastrian Legacy" to all Zoroastrians for their extraordinary contributions to history and civilization in pioneering the first universal human rights, world democracy, abolishment of slavery, and freedom of religion. The Zoroastrian legacy has greatly influenced the American founding fathers, American independence, the American Constitution, and the design of the Statue of Liberty.
He also received a similar citation from former congressman Ed Royce in 1993, and served on his local sub-committee as an advisor in 2001 on South Asian affairs.
He currently maintains an active affiliation with the Zoroastrian Association of California. In the coming years, Mr. Billimoria intends to continue conducting speeches on public health care advocacy. He will also continue to make speeches on issues pertaining to human rights.
