An award-winning and award-nominated executive producer, Mr. Brady presently excels as president and executive producer for Step Three Productions Limited, which does business as David Brady Productions. "The Grey Fox" earned two Golden Globe nominations for Best Foreign Picture and Best Actor for Richard Farnsworth, as well as seven Genie Awards, the Canadian Academy Awards. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Brady originally earned his graduate degree at York University in Toronto, Ontario, and attended graduate school at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, BC with the intent of becoming a therapist. However, while there, he produced a film called "Alcohol, Drugs and Young in British Columbia," with The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, which was extremely successful and led an adviser to suggest he pursue a career in the film industry.
In recent years, Mr. Brady has authored a number of works, including the Silver Reader's Favorite Award in New York City for "Serenity: Aging with Dignity, Living with Grace: 8 Steps to Help You Overcome Adversity, Find Peace of Mind & Prosperity in the Second Half of Life," "Success: Reflections on Money, Sex and Power" and "Survival: Transforming Childhood Trauma," also a Reader's Favorite Award recipient.
