She aspires to expand the scope of her operations and foster a global chain.
FLOWERY BRANCH, GA, August 16, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Shyla B. Enoul has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Restauranteur Ms. Enoul has spent over 25 years in the industry owning and operating 12 different restaurants on the east coast of the U.S., from Washington, D.C. to Woodstock, Georgia. In 2020, Ms. Enoul opened her newest eatery, Banh Mi, a sandwich shop in Duluth, Georgia. Best known for its $10 lobster banh mi signature sandwich, a popular and inexpensive Vietnamese sandwich of her youth, it is a combination of fresh, premium lobster, chopped cilantro, sweet and tangy marinated carrots, cucumbers, spicy jalapenos, and mayonnaise served on a fresh baguette. Additionally, the restaurant boasts 11 other unique sandwiches on its menu.
Born in Vietnam, Ms. Enoul relocated to the U.S. in 1987 and established her first restaurant, Vietnam 75, in 1995, which also included various traditional Vietnamese dishes. Throughout the course of her career, she continued opening multiple restaurants, but eventually realized that it would be best to focus on the quality of her endeavors, rather than the quantity. Today, Ms. Enoul oversees just two eateries; Banh Mi and John Pho 'N Bar in Flowery Branch, Georgia. Looking forward to continued growth at Banh Mi, she aspires to expand the scope of her operations and foster a global chain.
Ms. Enoul notably holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Mason University in Virginia. In August 2021, she was featured in an article in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, which highlighted her achievements as a restaurant owner. Crediting her success in the industry to a combination of small successes that grew over time, Ms. Enoul aims to begin learning more about metaphysical science because she believes that in order to continue making her customers happy, she must be able to fulfill all three parts of the body: mind, body and spirit. She believes that through her Asian culture and her passion for cooking, she can achieve all three.
