A passion for mentoring young people drove Mr. Carter to sustain his role as an assistant football coach at McKendree University from 2013 through 2017. In 2017, he managed a successful career transition and has since been named among the top 10 percent of agents in consecutive years from 2020 through 2022. He was also named as the Rookie Agent of the Year in 2019 and the Agent of the Month in 2021.
In accounting for his success, Mr. Carter credits a results-oriented approach and an intense drive for advancement.
