An expert in her field, she became a registered nurse through the College of Southern Nevada and holds a bachelor's degree from Western Governors University. Over the years, she has also expanded upon her knowledge by becoming Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Certified and receiving a basic life support trainer certification through the American Heart Association.
In recognition of her professional accomplishments, Ms. Pauley won the Mary Mahoney Award in 2012. Though hard work has brought her far, she credits her success to sheer determination and great mentors who have encouraged and guided her throughout her career. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in graduating from nursing school while raising her daughter. Within the next five years, Ms. Pauley aims to complete a master's degree in nursing administration. Once her daughter is grown, she would also like to pursue work with Doctors Without Borders or a similar organization.
