Apart from her commitments with Verisk Analytics, Ms. Greene is a professional speaker who frequently hosts engagements on topics relating to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). Ms. Greene has developed and delivered keynote speeches and workshops for a multitude of private companies and institutions.
Ms. Greene previously worked for ADP LLC, a human resources services company in Norfolk, Virginia, for more than a decade, beginning as the senior director of GlobalView client service between 2005 and 2007, and more recently as the vice president of diversity and inclusion/strategy and operations from 2020 to 2021. During Ms. Greene's tenure with the organization, she was notably instrumental in building a completely diverse organization of 1,300 employees. Additionally, Ms. Greene held high-level positions in the banking industry with Smith Barney in New York between 1995 and 2005 and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch from 2007 to 2009.
Throughout her career, Ms. Greene has supported various educational, nonprofit and civic organizations. Since 2014, she has been serving as a board member for Sharron Miller's Academy for the Performing Arts. She has also been active as a member of the Norfolk State University School of Business advisory board since 2017. In years past, Ms. Greene was active on the board of trustees for the Chrysler Museum and Mountainside Hospital, as a general board member for the Hampton Roads Chamber and as an executive board member of the Greater Norfolk Corporation. Looking toward the future, Ms. Greene aims to retire from her corporate position and devote more of her free time to nonprofit activities.
Ms. Greene earned a Bachelor of Science in economics with a minor in finance at the Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University, followed by a Master of Business Administration at Howard University. She has also received credentials as an SHRM Certified Professional. To remain aware of developments in her field, Ms. Greene is a member of SHRM, the National Black MBA Association and the National Diversity Council.
As a result of her hard work and dedication, Ms. Greene has been acknowledged with inclusion on Inside Business: The Hampton Roads Business Journal's "The Power List" in 2018, 2019 and 2020. She was also named as the Working Mother of the Year by ADP LLC in 2018 and with a Network Role Model Leader Award from the International Women's Network in 2021. For her civic contributions, Ms. Greene was the recipient of a Corporate Volunteer Excellence Award from Volunteer Hampton Roads in 2020.
