Following this accomplishment, she earned a Master of Library Science from Clarion University in 2020 – a feat she considers to be a notable achievement.
Ms. Allen attributes much of her success to the support and motivation of positive mentors and allies. Her vision for the future includes completing the hard work required to elevate her presence in the local consortium and partnering with other library professionals to secure funds for facility repairs. Furthermore, Ms. Allen aims to help the library expand its collection by accumulating more materials representative of diverse genres and disciplines.
