CMSgt Teresa Russell has distinguished herself as the first female chief master sergeant vehicle fleet manager in the U.S. Air Force.

Within the coming year, Ms. Russell intends to retire and finish her pursuit of a Doctoral of Education in Organizational Leadership. A naturally driven individual, she has found a great deal of success thus far in her career, and intends to continue developing her skills while serving her country.
