Having proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps for 25 years, Mr. Wiseman transitioned into security when he joined SOC LLC in 2014. Hired as a Protective Security Specialist, he subsequently became a Shift Leader in 2015 and Protective Security Operations Chief from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Wiseman presently serves as the organization's Deputy Operations Manager for Security in charge of the largest security footprint in the U.S. Department of State at the largest embassy in the world. Since being named to his position, he was directly responsible for leading the task order in deterring a complex attack of more than 2,000 Hezbollah-supported protestors on the embassy in Baghdad, Iraq in December 2019. A very rewarding profession, Mr. Wiseman aims to remain in the industry for at least 10 more years.

Enlisting in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1989, Mr. Wiseman climbed the ranks before retiring as a Sergeant Major in 2015. Having spent 17 of those years as a senior Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in advisory and supervisory roles, he also had the opportunity to serve as the director of a U.S. Marine Corps Leadership Academy. Additionally, Mr. Wiseman served four combat tours in Iraq and was a key staff member who helped operate a Combat Logistics Operations Center, which was responsible for coordinating and tracking logistical convoys and mechanized patrols throughout the Al Anbar and Habbaniya provinces. As a leader in his local community, Mr. Wiseman has been active as a member of the Freemasons. Mr. Wiseman is also an Ambassador and Congressional Liaison for Christians United for Israel and is an active member with John Hagee Ministries.
An alumnus of the City University of Seattle, Mr. Wiseman obtained an Associate of Science in general studies in 2011. He was also inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars while matriculating at Penn State University. He holds a multitude of credentials as a former military personnel, including in the areas of emergency response, task force operations, and winter warfare.
Recognizing his accomplishments in the military, Mr. Wiseman was decorated with a Meritorious Service Medal, two U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, and three U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.
He attributes his success in the military to one of his grandfathers, who served as an inspiration to him. Mr. Wiseman's father and both grandfathers were notably U.S. Marines. Throughout his career Mr. Wiseman was famously quoted as saying, "The legacy you leave behind will be the history we inherit."
Mr. Wiseman's military and contracting career had him serving in over 54 countries. While serving as a Protective Security Operations Chief, Mr. Wiseman participated in the flag raising ceremony at the new embassy in Mogadishu, Somalia in 2019. However, the title and achievement he is most proud of is being called Grandpa.
