Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Nguyen pursued an education at a local culinary arts school, where he earned a culinary arts certification in 2011. His drive to pursue his vocational path stemmed from his father, who worked in the food service industry by cooking at a restaurant and managing a food truck. Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Nguyen periodically donates profits and proceeds from sponsored dinners to various charities.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Nguyen is most proud to have established his own business after 15 years of service in the industry. He attributes much of his success to his family, who supported him in all of his endeavors, and to the expertise that he has garnered from cooking various cuisines throughout his career. Looking toward the future, Mr. Nguyen aspires to expand the scope of his business to more locations, in addition to launching a food truck service, and hopes to establish a Japanese bar and restaurant as well.
