NASHVILLE, TN, November 14, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Anna Jean Sekulow has been included in Marquis Who's Who. A dedicated civic advocate, Ms. Sekulow serves as the founder and executive director of the One Life Movement, a nonprofit learning center that boasts a preschool, feeding, tailoring and sports programs, scholarships, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. The center came to be after she visited Mumbai with her husband. During their time there, they met up with a contact from Samaritan's Purse named Sanjay and his wife, who introduced them to the poverty-stricken slums in which many children lived. Immediately, she connected with the children and saw that they desperately needed help. Anna was then driven to establish an organization to help them.
Alongside her work with One Life, Ms. Sekulow most recently worked in digital strategy for the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), through which she has developed strong relationships with government and religious leaders to encourage participation in various domestic and international causes. Over the years, she has also accompanied Joel and Victoria Osteen during a visit to Washington, and met with the vice president of Brazil to ask for assistance in securing the release of imprisoned Iranian pastor Youcef Nadarkhani.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Sekulow gained valuable professional expertise as a coalition adviser for the presidential campaign of a presidential candidate in 2016, and an online marketing manager for Engage LLC, where she established an online presence for candidates running for congress, governor and presidential campaigns. She was also a web producer for Politico. An expert in her field, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and communications from The George Washington University and a certificate in international relations and affairs and law and public policy from the University of Oxford.
Driven to remain aware of changes in the field, Ms. Sekulow aligns herself with the Daughters of the American Revolution. While her career has been filled with highlights, she is most proud to have expanded the scope of the One Life Movement. In the coming years, Ms. Sekulow intends to reach more children in impoverished communities in need.
