Hailing from more than 40 years of expertise in her chosen field as a project manager and social media expert, Ms. Flaherty has found success as a multimedia designer. In this capacity, she presently serves as a personal assistant on behalf of Clodagh Aubry, at Clodagh Design International since 2020. Bearing a particular specialization in motion graphics, she previously found success as a motion graphic designer and project manager at Thomson Reuters in Times Square, where she created and produced animated billboard signs in close collaboration with clients from 2011 until 2019.
Though she currently works on a primarily independent basis, Ms. Flaherty maintained involvement from the early 1980s until the late 2000s with various television stations as a motion graphic designer, including NBC Sports and news, on Dateline, and PBS NewsHour. For this, she has won multiple Emmy Awards for individual outstanding achievements, as well as a Gold Award for Opening Animation for NFL on NBC and a Recognition of Excellence for her contributions to the Oscar award-winning film "American Dream" by Barbara Kopple. Additionally, Ms. Flaherty was featured in an article that appeared in Motion Graphics Magazine.

Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Flaherty studied communication arts at Pratt Institute, from which she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with high honors in 1980. Outside of her primary vocational circles, she has earned distinction as an independent fine artist.
