She has experience working with both states and the federal government, as well as large cities, counties, and school districts in addition to smaller, rural local governments. She is a demonstrated team leader/builder with a track record for developing cohesive, multi-functional teams to achieve results. She has a history to interface successfully at all levels of the organization using a 'hands on' approach to transferring knowledge and develop capability inside the organization. This approach has repeatedly demonstrated success in empowering the organization to achieve improved results and sustainable performance.

Ms. Lowrance is the owner of NML Solutions, a position as an executive financial consultant, which she has held since 2015. In this role, she has collaborated on diverse projects across a broad range of industries and companies. She held the title of project manager and process advisor for MasTec Inc and the process improvement advisor at Cimarron Energy Inc. in 2017. Additionally, Ms. Lowrance was the acting project manager in process harmonization working with 16 divisions at Enbridge from 2018 to 2019.
Other recent assignments completed by Ms. Lowrance include a role as corporate controller at Oxane Materials Inc from 2013 to 20 15 and an appointment as the implementation consultant for Tyler Technologies from 2012 to 2013. She also served as a LEAN transformation consultant for Noble Energy in 2012, and Nexeo Solutions LLC relied on her expertise to complete a carve out and transition to a new company. Ms. Lowrance was also active as an executive financial consultant for Resources Global Professionals between 2007 and 2010 with various assignments, including extensive work with The Shaw Group, Inc. Subsequently, she was the controller for the US and Latin America/Caribbean region of WorleyParsons.
Ms. Lowrance's business presence extends to even more projects and positions; in fact, she was the corporate controller for Stewart & Stevenson from 1999 to 2001 and advanced to be named the Chief Information Officer there from 2001 through 2003. Another prominent appointment includes her time as the chief accountant and corporate controller at Hastings Entertainment between 2005 and 2006. Ms. Lowrance remains proud of her key role--while the assistant corporate controller at KBR, Inc. from 2006 to 2007-in securing the IPO transition from Haliburton Corporation.
A superb academic background has proven foundational to Ms. Lowrance's professional advancement. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business in 1990, where she was named the Outstanding Non-Traditional Student and graduated with honors, Cum Laude. She also completed coursework for the Executive Master of Business Administration degree at Texas Tech. Ms. Lowrance's industry credentials are broad and include the Chartered Global Management Accountant and the Certified Government Finance Manager designations and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Furthermore, Ms. Lowrance earned the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) status from the Pennsylvania State Board of Public Accountancy in 1993 and by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 1996.
Ms. Lowrance credits inspirational mentors for her professional success, and she is humbled to have in tum mentored other professionals who have gone on to secure Chief Financial Officer positions in reputable firms. She was previously named to Who's Who in Finance and Industry.
