Prior to his current role, Mr. White was a teacher from 1981 until his retirement in 2011. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, he earned a Bachelor of Education from Bridgewater College and a Master of Education from the University of Virginia in 1989. Well-qualified in his field, he is also a certified professional trainer.
Looking to the future, Mr. White intends to continue training people while enjoying more opportunities for travel. Inspired by a number of mentors along the course of his journey, he was particularly guided by Tony Demacio, a military veteran and his football coach. Having grown into a competitive and driven individual, he now helps drive and motivate others. He also is writing a book about his life and experiences to share his ideas with a wider audience.
