Ms. Bartley initially began her career, working at the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where she garnered expertise first as a licensed practical nurse and then as a registered nurse from 2008 until 2020. Following this post, she has served as a nursing supervisor at the Manchester Manor Health Care Center as of 2020. During this time, Ms. Bartley was also active as an emergency department trauma nurse at the Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut, between 2019 and 2021.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Bartley pursued an education at the Jersey College School of Nursing, where she obtained a license in practical nursing in 2008, followed by an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2018. She continued her academic efforts at the Grand Canyon University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020. As a commitment to her field, she is licensed as a registered nurse in the states of Connecticut and New York, and certified in basic life support, pediatric advanced life support, intravenous infusions and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Additionally, Ms. Bartley has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the New York State Nurses Association, the National Council of State Boards of Nursing and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Throughout the course of her profession, Ms. Bartley is especially proud to have obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing and to be pursing her master's degree in gerontology and family practice nursing. Reflecting on her career, she attributes much of her success to her ambition, dedication and passion for health care. Looking toward the future, Ms. Bartley aspires to achieve a Master of Science in Nursing from South University and hopes to advance in her field by establishing a private practice in her capacity as a geriatric nurse practitioner.
