Leveraging several years of excellence in the criminal justice system, Ms. VanHoose has earned distinction as the founder and author of the Xtreme Dreams Foundation Of ATLANTA Inc. Since 2019, she has focused her efforts on building the community by working with at-risk youth, coordinating various events for the community like back-to-school drives, toy drives and food bank donations. The foundation also has a sports service with a basketball team, supporting young athletes who have dreams of pursuing professional sports. Prior to starting her private career, Ms. VanHoose served honorably as a senior airman for the United States Air Force for six years. In recognition of her dedicated service, she was awarded numerous medals. Following her military service, she worked with the Department of Corrections at the Hays State Prison for two years and then with the Juvenile Department of Justice of Gainesville, Georgia for a year.
Prior to embarking on her professional journey, Ms. VanHoose earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and corrections from American InterContinental University in 2018. Among her professional accomplishments, she was honored with a Silver Seal of Transparency from Candid in 2022 for her stellar work with her non-profit.
Within the coming years, Ms. VanHoose intends to build her foundation up to the point where it is recognized globally and she is able to receive a humanitarian award for her work. She also aspires to be listed as one of the Black Women of America and establish a physical space for her foundation within the next year or two.
