ORLANDO, FL, February 21, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Heidi Isenhart has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Ms. Isenhart earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois and a juris doctorate from Regent University School of Law. She moved with her husband to Florida shortly after graduation.
During the early years of her career, she worked in assisting people with bankruptcy filings for a small firm. A colleague in the building where she worked was impressed by her compassion for others and stated she would make an excellent elder law attorney, which was an emerging field at that time. Not long after, Ms. Isenhart joined that firm which later became Donahue and Isenhart. In 2004, Ms. Isenhart joined Shuffield, Lowman and Wilson as a shareholder where she continues to practice in the field of elder law, estate planning, guardianship, probate and trust administration and Medicaid planning.
She co-authored and taught a 3rd year probate course for Barry University Law School. Ms. Isenhart continues to mentor young lawyers both within her firm and outside of her firm. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section and the Elder Law section of the Florida Bar. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Outside of her legal responsibilities, Ms. Isenhart serves as the President of Share the Care and has served as President of the Rotary Club of Orlando Foundation and the Rotary Club of Orlando. She frequently gives seminars in her field of law.
In light of her professional achievements, Ms. Isenhart has been honored on many occasions, earning an AV Rating through Martindale-Hubbell, The Best Lawyers in the America through U.S. News & World Report, a Five Star Wealth Manager Award and a Top Women Lawyers Award from Orlando Home & Leisure Magazine. She was also recognized annually from 2007-2022 by Florida Legal Elite Trend Magazine and was selected for including in the Top 50 List of Women Attorneys in the State of Florida by Miami Magazine.
