Leveraging more than two decades of excellence in business and operations management, Ms. Lewis has earned distinction as a business development manager with Five Star Interiors. She has focused her efforts on company growth through business development and social media marketing.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Lewis began her career in telecom as a marketing coordinator in Dallas, Texas for The People's Network in 1991. She then relocated to Houston, Texas and continued working in telecom as an operations specialist for EqualNet Corp. in 1993, earning promotions to an operations supervisor in 1994 and operations manager in 1996.
While working for EqualNet, she decided to pursue her education and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from LeTourneau University in 1999. She also had two children while completing her education in 1996 and 1998. She subsequently started her own business and corporate gift basket company from 1997 to 2003.
She then became a franchise owner of Fairfield Jazzercise in 2004 and owned her franchise until 2012. She was also a business math and English professor for Lone Star College in 2010 and still maintains contact with some of her college and Jazzercise students today.
In 2011, she decided to pursue a career in real estate and became a realtor with Coldwell Banker United Realtors earning Rookie of the Year in her first year. Ms. Lewis continued her career in the real estate and home building industry as a sales manager for Toll Brothers in 2013 and worked there for almost seven years. She then became an area sales manager for Gehan Homes in 2019.
Following this time, she decided to work in a different facet of home building and became a regional business development manager and account manager for Pacific Dimensions, Inc., a commercial design firm working with home builders on model merchandising. This allowed her to utilize the relationships she built in home building in her previous years.
Among her other professional accomplishments, Ms. Lewis was inducted into a club for top producers for three successful years at her Fairfield Jazzercise franchise operations. She is also a valued member of the Dallas Builders Association and the Professional Women in Building Council.
Within the coming years, Ms. Lewis would like to hold an executive position at the vice president level. She prioritizes building strong relationships and prides herself on stellar customer service. She is also dedicated to continually learning new skills, drawing knowledge from every experience, and taking advantage of opportunities for growth.
