Before becoming a Certified Wellness Coach, Ms. Cummings worked as a Health Education Specialist for MercyCare and a Wellness Instructor for Aegis Therapies.
Ms. Cummings was drawn to her profession because of an interest in the medical field, as well as empathy, a desire to help others, and excellent listening skills. She initially aspired to become a nurse but pivoted to enter the health and wellness management program at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, receiving a bachelor's degree in 2019. She went on to become certified as a health and wellness coach by Wellcoaches and as a certified personal trainer.
