She also serves as the president and founder of Gluten Free Pennsylvania State University, which she established in 2012.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Castronuova began her career as a note taker for the Office of Disability Services at Pennsylvania State University in 2012 and was a teacher assistant for the YMCA of Western Monmouth County later that year. She underwent an internship with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection in 2013 and continued working with the YMCA as a camp counselor until 2014. Following this time, she took a role as a paralegal with Douglas and London, P.C. in 2015. Among her professional accomplishments, Ms. Castronuova is proud to have been inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and to have received a Katey Lehman Award from Penn State University's department of English in 2014.
While developing her professional journey, Ms. Castronuova earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in linguistics, rhetoric, and world literature from Penn State University in 2014. Following this achievement, she graduated from New York Law School in 2020. Well-qualified in her field, she was admitted to the bar associations of New York, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for New Jersey.
