Prior to his current role, Mr. Ricker began his career working with Glanville Special Risk and achieved the title of Vice President and became Senior Vice President for Swett and Crawford in 1993, where he was frequently one of the firm's top producers. Following this period, he served as the president for Pacific Pro Intermediaries in 2005 and as the Executive Vice President/Branch Manager for Partners Specialty Group in 2010. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Ricker earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in property and casualty insurance from St. John's University in 1990.
Within the coming years, Mr. Ricker intends to continue his work, possessing a strong drive and motivation to go the extra mile for his clients. He gained a deep understanding of insurance and its inner workings to benefit others, as he noticed many people do not have such comprehension when choosing an insurance provider for their company's needs.
When not brokering business, Mr. Ricker enjoys spending time working on his classic car collection and with family.
