Mr. England received exceptional academic credentials and practical training at Ohio Northern University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in middle childhood education in 2010. He progressed to realize a productive tenure as a teacher across different districts and age populations, including from 2013 to 2014 when he taught fifth-grade Language Arts and superb instruction in Mathematics to seventh and eighth graders at Edon Northwest Local Schools. Mr. England was also a valued faculty member in the Frederickstown School District between 2014 and 2016 when he taught sixth-grade Language Arts.

He thrived as an assistant football coach at Ohio Northern University from 2008 to 2010 while he held a concurrent position as the junior varsity basketball coach at Riverdale High School. In 2011, he undertook dual positions at Bucyrus High School and Upper Sandusky High School, where he excelled as the Varsity Assistant football coach and the Head Junior Varsity basketball coach, respectively, through 2012, after which Mr. England joined the Edon Northwest Local Schools as the Head Junior Varsity boys' basketball coach.
Mr. England's coaching affiliation with the Edon district continued through a successful tenure as the Head Varsity baseball coach and the Assistant Varsity football coach from 2013 to 2014. He enthusiastically transitioned to the Frederickstown School District in 2014 to accept the role of Assistant Varsity football coach and Head Junior Varsity baseball coach, through which Mr. England capably supported the student athletes until 2016.
Broad corporate experience also shapes Mr. England's professional profile. From 2016 to 2018, he was an Energy Consultant with Walker Marketing and Consultants, and he remains active in that sector as an Independent Energy Broker with Navigate Power, an affiliation he initiated in 2018. He earned the title of Administrative Director with Integrity Athletics in 2019, and in 2020, Mr. England accepted the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of Cummins Facility Services before a promotion to District Manager in 2021.
A cooperative relationship with partners, donors and staff as well as innovative, productive colleagues have proven integral to Mr. England's leadership success thus far, and he is proud to deploy expertise earned as a teacher and coach to excel in his current duties. He cites an ability to seize opportunities to contribute to the community as his most notable accomplishment, and Mr. England is gratified to regularly host free outreach events, including community meals that serve up to 300 constituents.
Civic service is a key component of Mr. England's profile, and he humbly serves as the treasurer of the Leipsic Area Chamber of Commerce. Looking toward the future, he aims to assemble over 10 thousand registered members at the center and envisions it being recognized as the Business of the Year by the county Chamber of Commerce.
