Prior to his current leadership role, Mr. Daniels worked with the Intel Corporation in 2001 and became a production engineer and project manager for Eclipse Aviation, LLC in 2006. Following this time, he joined the Honda Aircraft Company in 2009 as a supervisor and was promoted several times over the course of his tenure. He served in roles including manager of production engineering, senior manager of aircraft completions and technical director of production engineering. He attributes his success to his wife Ronda who chose to sacrifice her career and support him in his efforts while raising two amazing sons, Preston and Nicholas.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Daniels earned a bachelor's degree in management of technical operations with a minor in safety systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2009. Looking to the future, he intends to continue his career with the Honda Aircraft Company, taking a great deal of pride in creating stellar aircraft with his team.
