Dr. Hotha's earlier roles include deputy manager of analytical and bioanalytical QC lab operations at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. from 2006 until 2012 and research associate in AR&D at Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Aurobindo Pharma from 2003 to 2006.
