His work as a consultant began at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he was involved with consulting on a variety of businesses for several years. Mr. Kanjilal's most noteworthy achievement came during successfully overseeing the merger of two major airlines in North America as a principal consultant.
A look at Mr. Kanjilal's academic background reveals how much of his success can be attributed to his solid educational foundation. He received a bachelor's degree in technology and computer engineering from the University of Kalyani in 2001, followed by earning a Master of Science in computer engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani in 2010. Additionally, Mr. Kanjilal is a dog handler and an avid wild life lover.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kanjilal has been recognized for his leadership and excellence. In 2023, he received the most valuable leader award from Globant.
