Ms. Temm brings 18 years of prior experience in the educational system to her business and coaching clients. Her career in education began as an elementary school teacher with Maine Public Schools, laying the foundation for her future personal development and training endeavors. In her next role as a gifted and talented specialist for Maine Public Schools, she applied her unique skills and knowledge to enhance the educational experiences of gifted students.
One of Ms. Temm's most notable achievements is the development of the Seven Step Fundamental Mastery Program she began offering to clients after an 18-month pilot program she conducted with volunteers ranging from 8 to 81 years of age. This comprehensive program is designed to guide clients through a logical and sequential path allowing for potential maximization and goal attainment leading to high performance living including greater health, wealth, and relationships. This innovative approach has been instrumental in ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction among her clients. Following the success of this program, Ms. Temm created the train-the-trainer certification and licensing programs to extend its reach further, making it accessible as an additional system and income stream for use by professionals who work in a similar capacity with their own clients.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Temm garnered a Bachelor of Science in elementary education and teaching from the University of Maine at Farmington in 1990. Her pursuit of continuous learning led her to obtain credentials including as a Certified Life Inventory Assessment Coach, licensed massage therapist, and certified gifted and talented educator.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Temm has made significant civic contributions through her founding of the Donna Temm Trauma Support (DTTS) Foundation. She has also authored several publications, including "You're Only as Sick as Your Secrets: Sexual Abuse Awareness, Prevention, and Intervention" in 2010, which is her memoir and personal story of abuse. This was followed by inclusion in the Adventures In Manifesting series, "Healing From Within" in 2012, her development of the audio meditation, "Your Inner Temple: A Guided Chakra Color Meditation", along with its Interpretation Guide in 2013, the Donna Temm Energy Rebalancing Method (DTERM) online training course for alternative therapy practitioners in 2018, as well as other publications.
