Leveraging his former success, he honed his skills as a patent attorney at Workman Nydegger from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lillywhite served as a patent attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP between 2000 and 2002, where he began cultivating his extensive knowledge and experience in IP law.
In addition to his full-time commitments, Mr. Lillywhite founded Label Path, a product label lifecycle web application, in 2013 as the company's chief executive officer. The system notably provides a snapshot of current product labels, formulations, documentation, and trademarks. Mr. Lillywhite oversaw the business's operations for two years. Prior to earning his law degree, he was a project manager at WesTech Engineering LLC from 1995 to 1997, where he was in charge of wastewater and potable water equipment manufacturing and installations.
