Her works have been exhibited at the Valley Art Gallery, where she held a position on the BOD and served as Gallery Director. She worked as Art Coordinator for The Ian M. Hassett Foundation where she taught art classes and coordinated with other local artists offering a wide variety of art classes for students attending VTC (Vocational Training Center).
Ms. Quintana has been a contributing artist at the annual Friends of the Santa Maria Libraries' Painted Chair Event for eight years, which helps to raise money for the library. Her artwork has been exhibited at the Los Olivas Gallery, The Cypress Gallery and The Santa Maria Airport.
Through her art Ms. Quintana aims to touch the lives of others on an emotional level. Given her professional achievements she has been honored many times, earning Honorable Mention and Best of Show People's Choice Awards for her artwork and Golden Poet of the Year Award for her poetry.
In addition to her artistic endeavors, Ms. Quintana is the author of several books, including her most recent, "For the Sake of Sharing: A Little Poetry and Random Threads of Transformative Thinking," a collection of spiritual poems, artwork and ideas that aim to bring the reader to a better understanding of themselves through their relationship with Jesus Christ. Similarly, her book entitled "Soul Therapy: A Game of Intuition," helps readers learn they can enhance their intuition by playing a simple game. She wrote the Forward for "In God's Waiting Room," a book by Mikki Alhart.
During the early stages of her career Ms. Quintana gained valuable expertise in Hypnotherapy and Biofeedback Therapy while attending Behavior Science Research and Education Center on a scholarship and was privileged to teach beginning hypnotherapy upon graduating. She was Certified by both BSREC and the American Hypnotherapy Institute.
