From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Schroeder held the position of chief executive officer at Destination Rewards, where he led the company through a period of substantial growth and development. Earlier in his career, he was president of the interactive division at Custom Marketing Group from 2001 to 2003, where he spearheaded various initiatives that expanded the company's digital footprint in partnership with State and Federal Tourism organizations.
