She supervises work-study students, interns and the front desk clerk while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by collaborating closely with other departments. Her duties also include processing requisitions and encumbrances and contacting outside vendors for office supplies.
In addition to this primary role, Ms. Spencer has been an adjunct instructor at Roxbury Community College since 2014 and also serves in the administration of the State of Massachusetts. Before embarking on her professional career, she completed a Master of Business Administration at Curry College in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts from the same institution in 2003. She began her academic journey at Roxbury Community College.
