Since assuming this role in 2018, she oversees all aspects of human capital management for the Fortune 500 publicly traded company, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion, as well as matters related to mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. A champion of inclusion, Ms. Pickle's accolades include the 2022 Oklahoma Ethics Executive Pilot Award from the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium; the 2021 Top 100 Diversity Leaders in Energy by the Energy Diversity Council; and a recognition as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil & Gas by the National Diversity Council in 2020. Growing up as the first in her family to attend college instilled in her a passion for making cultural impacts that foster inclusivity, and she fervently believes that embracing differences within an organization leads to increased productivity and more effective teams.
Prior to joining Williams, Ms. Pickle served as global vice president of human resources for Koch Chemical Technology Group, LLC, a division of Koch Industries, Inc., since June 2013. In that role, she was responsible for supporting seven engineering and manufacturing companies with approximately 5,000 employees across 26 countries in their strategic planning, organization development, acquisitions and divestitures, employment law, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, training and benefits efforts.
She previously served as Global Director of Human Resources and Manager, Human Resources, for John Zink Company, also a division of Koch Industries; Manager, Human Resources for Aircraft Fueling Systems and as Staffing Manager for Robert Half International.
Ms. Pickle's dedication extends beyond her primary role at Williams Companies; she also sits on the board of directors for Performance Contracting, Inc., Tulsa Regional Chamber, and the Wiliams Foundation. She enjoys volunteering at several local non-profit organizations, and serves on the advisory council for Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa.
Ms. Pickle's academic background includes a master's degree in organizational dynamics and human resources from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and human resources and psychology from the University of Arkansas in 2000. She holds certifications as a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resources Management and as a Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Her professional affiliations include memberships in the Society for Human Resources Management, Tulsa Area Human Resources Association, Education & Workforce Committee of the Business Roundtable, and World 50. She is dedicated to her family, including her spouse, Brent, and their three children.
