In 2003, Ms. Jaeger began her career as a project manager at Mexico's Ministry of Interior. She then moved to Georgia, where she was general coordinator for the Georgian Swiss Business Association between 2005 and 2008. From 2009 to 2013, she led community projects at the British Council Switzerland, including revamping the Road to Davos Program initiative to support youth-led projects globally through Global Changemakers. When the British Council considered ending the program due to an internal restructuring of the organization, Ms. Jaeger and her team transformed it into an independent organization now known as Global Changemakers.
Ms. Jaeger's journey began with a master's degree in law from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, where she graduated in 2003. Beyond her educational achievements, her success results from the exceptional young people she works with, who inspire her with their resilience and advocacy. Their collective drive has been crucial to their organization's growth and motivates her to keep going. Ms. Jaeger also credits her family's support as essential to her achievements.
In addition to her work with Global Changemakers, Ms. Jaeger worked for World Vision Georgia from 2005 to 2006. She has also serves on the boards of youth organizations in Bangladesh and India. These roles have allowed her to further her commitment to empowering young individuals and fostering global connections.

The program supports and funds youth-led projects, with 500 globally receiving backing and many evolving into sustainable organizations. The project covers diverse themes, including anti-corruption, education, environmental conservation, women's rights and reproductive health amongst other issues.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Jaeger is passionate about traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, reading, practicing yoga and engaging in crafting and the arts. Looking ahead, she is focused on stabilizing Global Changemakers and guiding it through its next phase. Ms. Jaeger's goals include expanding the team, fostering growth and strengthening the organization's industry presence.
