He joined TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union in 2016, initially as a senior mortgage consultant before advancing to area sales manager and senior mortgage consultant. His leadership and strategic vision were instrumental during his time at Lake Area Mortgage, a division of Lake Area Bank, where he served as mortgage sales manager, and as producing branch manager at Refined Lending. His current position as producing branch manager at Luminate Home Loans in Arden Hills, Minnesota, began in 2023.
Mr. Wessels's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science from Metro State University, which he completed in 2019. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
