Earlier in her career, she worked as a staff accountant and senior staff accountant at National Service Industries and as a senior financial analyst at Turner Broadcasting Systems Inc. between 2001 and 2007.
Dr. Morales is highly educated. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Science from Georgia State University, a Master of Business Administration in human resource management from Georgia State University, and a Doctor of Education focusing on change systems from Northeastern University. Dr. Morales's educational journey also included certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Georgia Institute of Technology and several others that have contributed to her professional growth.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Dr. Morales is actively involved in professional and civic organizations, including the Global Women's Network and Pride Network, and as an advisor board member for Gartner.
