Drawing on years of alternative dispute resolution expertise, he excels as arbitrator with Arbitration & Mediation Services, specializing in the railroad, airline and sports industries. Over the years, Mr. Conway leveraged his considerable experience to advocate for the best interest of his clients, including the National Football League, where he successfully negotiated several high-profile labor agreements.
Mr. Conway's commitment to staying abreast of ongoing industry changes is unwavering. He aligns himself with several industry organizations, including the Minnesota State Bar Association and the American Arbitration Association. In addition to his professional endeavors, he further dedicates himself to the legal field as a panelist for the American Bar Association and the National Mediation Board, and as a board of trustees member at the College of St. Benedict.
