Due to his vast knowledge, he has also contributed to such publications as "Construction Defect Litigation: The Community Association's Guide to the Legal Process." The culmination of his experiences has led him to become one of the leading specialists in community association law in New Jersey.
Before establishing himself professionally, Mr. Perl earned a Bachelor of Arts and a JD from Rutgers University. His dedication to the field is evident in his alignment with several industry organizations, including the National College of Community Association Lawyers, the Foundation for Community Association Research, the Community Associations Institute, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.
