Before transitioning into real estate, Mr. Caughron spent over thirty years in the financial sector. He was president of Jefferson Financial Services from 1998 to 2005, vice president of business development at Kentucky Finance Co. Inc. from 1996 to 1998, vice president and director of operations at Cardinal Credit Corporation from 1993 to 1996 and group supervisor at Kentucky Finance Co. Inc. from 1985 to 1993.
Mr. Caughron's educational background includes coursework at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a diploma from Fern Creek High School in 1975.
