From 2005 to 2019, he served as a Senior Talent Management Professional in Human Resources at The Pentagon. His strategic leadership was instrumental in shaping the Army's Talent Management Systems. His expertise led to his appointment as Acting Division Chief of Total Force Training and Development at the United States Army Materiel Command from 2019 to 2020, followed by his role as Division Chief of Civilian Workforce and Talent Management, a position he held until his retirement in 2023. Throughout these roles, He exhibited a strong commitment to developing and managing a highly skilled civilian workforce, essential to the operational readiness and success of the U.S. Army.
