She also holds the position of programs director at The KKLC, a role she has fulfilled since 2013. Prior to these roles, she worked as a respiratory therapist in a neonatal intensive care unit for five years. Her transition into the family business of childcare was influenced by her mother, an elementary school teacher who established a home nursery. Ms. Alsaeed's passion for working with families and early development led her to enroll in business courses and eventually expand the day care business in partnership with her mother.
Ms. Alsaeed's educational background includes a Master of Science in public health from Michigan State University, which she earned in 2012. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in English and health policies. In addition to her academic achievements, Ms. Alsaeed attributes her career accomplishments to her family's support, grit, work ethic, and her ability to follow her heart and pivot when necessary.

Ms. Alsaeed is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and is actively engaged with civic-minded organizations such as the Amity Foundation and Zaman International. Outside of her career, Ms. Alsaeed enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
