She later earned a Bachelor of Science in information systems with a focus on database administration from Strayer University, completed in 2008, followed by a Master of Science in information systems technology from the George Washington University School of Business, which she obtained in 2012. She subsequently earned a doctorate in business administration, management and operations from Northcentral University in 2019.

She became a Certified Data Management Professional through DAMA International in 2023 and is a Certified Information Privacy Technologist.
