In addition to his responsibilities at Greyman Investigations, he is also a claims investigator for CoventBridge Group, a global leader in investigations. To both of these roles, Mr. Cordell brings extensive experience, including service in the U.S. Army, where he served as an aviator from 1979 to 2001. During his military service, Mr. Cordell was proud to participate in Operation Provide Comfort, a mission aimed at protecting the Kurdish people from Saddam Hussein's forces; this operation remains one of his proudest achievements.
Following his military service, Mr. Cordell transitioned into civilian aviation. He worked as an emergency medical services pilot for various organizations, including PHI Inc., Med-Trans Corporation, Omniflight, and the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, holding roles including lead pilot and base aviation manager. He also spent seven years as a helicopter captain for Abu Dhabi Aviation and three years as a helicopter pilot for the Kurdistan Regional Government. He also worked as an HAA pilot for Air Methods before dedicating himself to his investigative career.
Mr. Cordell's academic background is equally impressive. He holds a Master of Science in applied psychology from Angelo State University and a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Lamar University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, he earned an Associate of Applied Science in paralegal studies from Lee College. Mr. Cordell's professional certifications are extensive and include licenses from the New Mexico Regulation & Licensing Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Mr. Cordell's dedication to his field is reflected in his memberships in honor societies such as Phi Kappa Phi and Psi Chi. These affiliations underscore his commitment to academic excellence and professional development.
In addition to his skill and dedication as a professional investigator, Mr. Cordell is known for his flexibility and willingness to work with clients. For example, he has willingly taken on pro bono cases for individuals who were unable to pay for his services.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Cordell is a devoted father to two daughters. His future plans include expanding his investigative practice to leave a legacy for both of his children.
