Dr. Njouondo's responsibilities include overseeing the submission of engineering packages, approving construction drawings, developing basic one-line diagrams for new substations and assigning post-construction corrections to computer-aided design technicians.
Before joining CenterPoint Energy in 2015, Dr. Njouondo was a substation engineer at Mott MacDonald in 2014. Dr. Njouondo also garnered expertise as a substation engineer at Burns & McDonnell from 2013 to 2014, where he contributed to various high-profile projects. Highly educated, Dr. Njouondo holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Wichita State University since 2007. Subsequently, he earned a Master of Business Administration in 2019 and a Doctor of Business Administration in 2024 from Prairie View A&M University Northwest Houston Center.
