Earlier in his career, Mr. Marasigan was the Director of People at ESW Capital from 2013 to 2016. Before transitioning into human resources, he taught academia as an Assistant Professor of Sociology.
Adding to his professional success, Mr. Marasigan serves in the military as a Reserve Naval Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he focused on human resources. This experience has been instrumental in shaping his professional journey, blending his background in education and human resources.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Marasigan received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Manuel s. Enverga University Foundation in 2005 and coursework toward a Master of Arts in sociology from the University of the Philippines in 2010.
Mr. Marasigan holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
