Starting as a District Sales Leader, he quickly moved up to Customer Service Manager and then Senior District Sales Leader. His standout achievement during this period was launching a new go-to-market strategy for PepsiCo in California, which remains in use today. Darrell's rapid promotions within the food and beverage company demonstrated his ability to learn and grow, earning him leadership recognition.
In 2020, Darrell transitioned to Walmart eCommerce as an E-commerce Operations Manager, where he was recognized as a subject matter expert for continuous improvement. He then joined Amazon in 2023 as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
Darrell graduated with a diploma from La Canada High School in 2012. Subsequently, he undertook coursework at IES Abroad in Barcelona in 2015 before earning a Bachelor of Science in marketing with a focus on sustainability from Pennsylvania State University in 2016. Further enhancing his expertise, Darrell obtained a data analytics certificate from Cornell University in 2019.
Outside of his professional life, Darrell is deeply committed to civic engagement. He has canvassed for the PanHellenic Dance Marathon since 2013. Additionally, he has spent time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and is currently actively engaged with the Kings' LIFT community service program.
